Rent the Harry and Jane Willson Auditorium for your Event
The Jane and Harry Willson Auditorium, located on the Albany Museum of Art’s first floor, is ideally suited for various events, including corporate meetings, wedding receptions, birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, or any other special event.
Amenities include a large catering kitchen, a complete sound system, a 12′ x 9′ screen and projector for business presentations, and tables and chairs in various shapes and sizes. Allow the exquisite artwork in our galleries to be a backdrop for your reception or corporate event during the holidays.

Rental fees and deposits
Fees are outlined in our rental contract. Please note that a non-refundable deposit of half the rental fee is required to hold your rental date. Reservations made without a deposit may be rented to another party.
The remaining balance, including a separate $450 refundable cleaning deposit, is due two weeks prior to the event. An event may not take place until all rental charges are paid and a completed contract has been submitted. Any additional charges incurred prior to the event will be billed and are due within 14 days following the event.
