Rental fees and deposits
We desire to help make your event look and feel effortless.
Fees are outlined in our rental contract. Click HERE to see or download a copy of the rental agreement. It includes information on pricing, room dimensions, additional amenities, and more.
Please note: A non-refundable deposit of $450 is required to secure and hold your rental date. A requested date cannot be held without a deposit, and the facility may be rented to another party.
The remaining rental balance, which includes a $450 refundable cleaning fee, is due 14 days before the event. An event may not take place until all rental charges are paid and a completed contract has been signed. Any additional charges incurred before the event will be billed and are due within 14 days following the event.
Albany Museum of Art donors at the Advocate level or higher receive a 20% discount on rental costs. Nonprofit organizations can request a 10% discount.

Rent the Harry and Jane Willson Auditorium for your Event
The Jane and Harry Willson Auditorium, located on the Albany Museum of Art’s first floor, is ideally suited for various events, including corporate meetings, wedding receptions, birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, or any other special event.
Amenities include a large catering kitchen, a complete sound system, a 12′ x 9′ screen and projector for business presentations, and tables and chairs in various shapes and sizes. Allow the exquisite artwork in our galleries to be a backdrop for your reception or corporate event during the holidays.
