Based in Savannah, Georgia, Kristi Oakes will make her Heart of Albany Festival debut in 2023. She enjoys experimenting with all art media when she is not at her day job. Kristi strives to create art that is colorful, vibrant, and expressionistic, and that expresses the passion, movement, and beauty of the world around us and the worlds within us. Her purpose is to create art that stirs emotion and brings joy, thought, and wonder to the viewer.
