The Libby Womack Holiday Workshop, sponsored by Jim Womack, provides a great opportunity for kids to get creative at the museum during the holidays. These workshops offer gallery explorations, art instruction, and fun art-making projects. Different instruction and activities are planned each day to keep kids interested.

The museum hosts this holiday camp in memory of the late Libby Womack, a long-time friend, educator, and trustee at the Albany Museum of Art. Her husband of 39 years, Jim, also a former trustee for the museum, continues to honor her life and the significant contributions she made to the community.

LUNCH: Campers may bring a brown-bag lunch or the AMA will provide lunch for $10 per day. NOTE: All campers get a free pizza lunch on the last day of camp!

Winter Wonders Art Camp

Parents always can use a little recovery time between Christmas and New Year’s Day. This camp keeps the creative juices flowing, enabling your camper to transition from the holidays to the return to school while engaging in art.
