LET'S PAINT LIKE: BOB ROSS
Let's Paint Like is a fundraiser hosted by AMA Teen Art Board as they look forward to their Spring Showcase at the Albany Museum of Art.
This event, in which participants will paint in the style of artist Bob Ross, is for all age groups and all skill levels. Supplies, snacks, and beverages will be provided. Participants will watch an episode of The Joy of Painting, after which everyone will recreate his work Mighty Mountain Lake at a slow pace with step-by-step instruction. Halfway through, we will have an “intermission” for a Bob Ross Costume Contest, where participants will have the opportunity to win a prize for being the best-dressed Bob Ross of the evening!
