AFTER SCHOOL ART CLUB
Last Mondays | 4-6 PM

New in 2022 at the Albany Museum of Art is the After School Art Club, which is on the last Monday of each month through May in the AMA classroom. The program resumes Aug 28, 2022 following a summer break.

Geared toward middle and high school students, these courses will begin with a focus on building fundamental drawing skills. Students will learn basic techniques such as shading, controlling tones, composition, and drawing methods. This will progress to learning how to recreate an image on paper using pencils, charcoal, chalk pastels, and/or oil pastels.

COST: Each session is $15. AMA members get a 20% discount, and a family with more than one child attending the same session receives a 10% discount.
