ART BALL PRIVATE DINNERS

When your corporation or business purchases a dinner, your company will receive recognition as a sponsor of the event, a Donor Wall mention, online recognition, a written acknowledgement from the AMA for your charitable deduction, and acknowledgement in the virtual broadcast on the night of March 13.

The ​Director's Dinner - $5,000 (SOLD)

You and 11 guests will join AMA Executive Director Andrew Wulf for this chef-prepared, six-course dinner at the AMA.

THE MENU
  • Seared Ahi Tuna Credu with Cucumber and Endive Topped with a ginger Honey Glaze
  • Pappardelle Pasta Topped with Diver Scallops with an Escoffier Mushroom and Vermouth Sauce du Creme
  • Mixed Greens Topped with Sliced, Red Wine Poached Pears and a Blush Vinaigrette
  • Wagyu Carpaccio on Provencal Style Potato Galette with Shaved Black Truffle
  • Braised Veal Osso Bucco with Porcini Risotto
  • Death by Chocolate Flourless Cake, Triple Chocolate Brownie with a Cocoa Meringue, and Dark Chocolate Mousse Topped with a Chocolate Ganache and Fresh Raspberries

Wine Dinner at Henry Campbell's - $3,750

This dinner at Albany's premier steak restaurant is for 12 people.

  • Black Sea Bass with Sweet Parsnips, Spinach and a Saffron-Vanilla Sauce
  • Braised Prime Beef Short Ribs with Root Vegetables and Sauted Bone Marrow
  • Strawberry Sorbet Shortcakes with Sweetened Creme Fraise Sauce

Private Dinner at The Catch - $6,000 ​(SOLD)

This dinner for up to 24 people includes wine pairings, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Candied Crab Salad Made with Frisée
  • Japanese Candied Miniature Crab, Crab Claw, Pickled Radish, and a Lemon Champagne Vinaigrette Garnished with Garlic Blossoms
  • Paired with a Pinot Gris
  • Seared Scallops and Lamb Served with Browned Butter Black Rice, and a Smoked Carrot and Sweet Potato Puree Garnished with Finger Lime Pulp and Squash Blossoms
  • Paired with a Zinfandel or a Rosé
  • Buttermilk Pie, Creme Anglaise, Spun Sugar, and Hot Strawberry SyrupCovered with a White Chocolate Ganache
