The Albany Museum of Art offers a variety of programs and resources for educators.  This page is a one-stop shop for all your educational needs.  Here you can find information about our School Tours  and On-line Educational Resources. 

Artists as Educators/Educators as Artists 
The Albany Museum of Art is CALLING ALL TEACHERS to submit artwork for Artists a Educators/Educators as Artists, a juried exhibition. This exhibit will highlight the talent of our regional teachers, no matter their field of study. Accepted works will be exhibited in the Learning Curve at the Albany Museum of Art from September 1 to November 2
Application 

Tours
The AMA offers guided and self-guided tours.   To book your tour, download the Tour Form at the link below.  Complete the information and fax or mail to the Albany Museum of Art.  A Museum representative will contact you to complete your booking.

Online Resources
The Albany Museum has on-line resources for our African art collection.  The link below takes you to an interactive, Wikipedia-style website where you can learn about the Museum’s African art collection and acquire educational resources about African art and culture.  Classes can also get their own webpage on the site to share their projects and learn about website design.
