AMA Auditorium Facility Rental
The Jane and Harry Willson Auditorium, located on the Albany Museum of Art’s first floor, is ideally suited for various events, including Corporate Meetings, Wedding Receptions, Birthdays, Graduations, Anniversaries, or any other special event. Amenities include a stage, kitchen facilities, a complete sound system, a large 12’ screen for business presentations, and tables and chairs in various shapes and sizes. Allow the exquisite artwork in our six galleries to be a backdrop for your reception or corporate event during the holidays. Enhance your event with the rental of the museum grounds, the lobby area, or an oak dance floor.
General Rental Information
Rental Fees
The auditorium is available Monday through Sunday for $450.00 for an eight hour block Security is $10.00 per Hour per Guard (2-Guard Minimum) These fees include the set up of tables, chairs, and other amenities offered by the museum.
Fee Schedule
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit (1/2 of the rental fee) is required to hold your rental date. Your date cannot be guaranteed without your deposit. Reservations made without a deposit can be rented to another party.
The Balance is Due Two Weeks Prior To Event
AN EVENT CANNOT TAKE PLACE UNTIL ALL RENTAL CHARGES ARE PAID AND A COMPLETE CONTRACT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES INCURRED WHICH WERE NOT ANTICIPATED PRIOR TO THE EVENT, WILL BE BILLED AND ARE DUE WITHIN 14 DAYS FOLLOWING THE EVENT
