The 26th annual Georgia Artists Guild of Albany (GAGA) juried competition is exhibiting Oct 17, 2019-Jan 4, 2020 in the Albany Museum of Art’s West Gallery. The show features 19 works by nine Guild members.

The juror for the competition was Laurel Robinson, a professor of art since 1978 and department chair since 2007 at Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus. She teaches all levels of drawing and painting at GSW.

A Pittsburgh, Pa., native, Robinson received her BFA in Painting in 1974 and her MFA in Painting in 1977, both from the University of Cincinnati.
